Our ‘Caborn Wine and Roses’ Herb plant is grown as often for its beautiful foliage and flowers as it is for the culinary magic it performs! Growing 2 to 4-feet tall, the small, oval, medium to dark green foliage is liberally blanketed with rosy pink blossoms in the spring. Caborn Wine and Roses Thyme can be used as you would any type of thyme, adding to soups, stews, salad dressings, meat dishes or even for making infused vinegars. Drought tolerant once established, Wine and Roses Thyme will also tolerate moister conditions than many varieties and can be grown in partial shade if getting at least 6 hours of sun per day. It also benefits from pinching the new growth; just pinching back once is usually enough to encourage full, dense growth and improved branching. Each pot contains 1 herb plant. More details...

Comment: I bought this to plant next to the lemon thyme in my raised bed so I would have a variety of textures and also I get the benefit of a carpet of pretty little flowers on it in the spring time. You could definitly see a contast between to two plants so I am happy I bought it.
