The 'Sun Parasol® Pretty Crimson' Mandevilla Plant bears striking magenta buds that open fully to the most beautiful and true crimson red, the reason this Brazilian Jasmine is also known as Scarlet Pimpernel. The 2 to 3-inch flowers have petals that spread a bit more than the Giant and the Original types, its upright growth habit making this an ideal container plant, although in warmer climes gardeners are using them in their flowerbeds.
