Our 'Rosemary' Wholesale Herb Plants—50-count tray, is a perennial variety that can be overwintered indoors in climates where the winter weather is too harsh for its perennial nature. Being especially compatible with lamb and fish, roasted or grilled, Rosemary can, of course, be used dried, but is at its best when clipped and used fresh. Rosemary is an herb ideal for container growth near your grill. Container growing means you probably won’t have to use any kind of pest or weed control, but if you do, be sure to wash the rosemary before using. You can also store rosemary in the warmest part of your refrigerator. Don’t wash it prior to storing; wash it as you use it. Wrap it loosely in plastic wrap or in a resealable plastic container, storing with a crumpled paper towel to reduce the amount of trapped moisture on the leaves.
