Our Organic Continuity Lettuce Seed is an old-time French heirloom variety that has been commercially available since 1885. Once referred to as the “Marvel of the Four Seasons” this Butterhead lettuce is one of the most widely grown lettuce varieties in the world and is a staple in the winter gardens of Europe. Large light green heads, measuring 12 to 16-inches across, are encased by brilliantly colored, bronzy-red and green, ruffled and corrugated leaves that are amazingly thin, yet crunchy.
