Island Sunshine Potato

The Island Sunshine Potato, bred by organic farmers, the Loo brothers, hailing from Prince Edward Island, Canada, is predicted to surpass the Yukon Gold in popularity, according to some experts. This moist, all-purpose potato is highly productive and requires less space for growing. The golden brown, thin, edible skin contains creamy, lightly yellow, moist flesh that tastes best when boiled, but also lends itself well to baking.


The Island Sunshine seed potato matures in 100 to 135 days.
