Wholesale Dichondra Plants

Dichondra plants are quite similar to clover and probably mistakenly identified as such, though if you look closely, you will see that rather than three or four leaves on a single stalk, each Dichondra stalk only as one fan-shaped, sometimes described as hoof-shaped, leaf.


Our wholesale Dichondra, pronounced dye-KON-druh, is also referred to as Asian Ponyfoot, owing to the shape of its leaves, and is grown widely in temperate parts of the country as a lush groundcover or as part of a mixed lawn planting. A filler and a spiller, you can also use Dichondra in your container or bed plantings to fill between other plants or to “spill” over the sides of your containers or objects in your landscape. Tolerant to 25°F, with little browning, it is also drought tolerant, deer resistant and easy to grow. 


Each wholesale Dichondra plant tray will measure 21 3/8” X 11 3/16”, with each of 50 individual cells measuring 1 3/4” square X 2 1/4” deep.
