Watermelons require lots of water and weeds can be devastating on young plants. Use our black Plastic Mulch to pre-warm the soil, conserve moisture, and suppress weed growth. Plant on hills, 2-3 plants to a hill on 5-foot centers and dig right through the plastic. You will be amazed at the results.
