Drip Irrigation is a tremendous time and water saver, this simple system being designed to reduce evaporation, putting water at the base of each plant, or into a furrow, the water then soaking into the earth and providing moisture directly to your plants’ roots. When you water your plants from above, foliage tends to capture water, preventing it from reaching your plants’ roots and making your plants more susceptible to fungus and disease. A drip irrigation system eliminates all of these issues.

Our Drip Irrigation Kit puts the water right where you want it. Ridiculously easy to install, a drip irrigation system will conserve water, evaporation being greatly reduced with each plant receiving water right at its base, soaking into the ground, going directly to the roots. A drip irrigation system will also help in the control of diseases, many of which occur when plants’ foliage is regularly exposed to wet conditions from “sprinkling”. This Drip Irrigation Kit includes; 50-foot X 3/4" header line, a pressure regulator, a 1000-foot roll of 8-mil. drip line with 12-inch spacing on the emitters, 10-valve connectors, 5-hole plugs and 25-wire staples for holding the drip line securely. Each emitter puts out approximately 1/2 gallon of water every 40 minutes.
