Black Adder Agastache Plant

The 'Black Adder' Agastache Plant features 4" deep purple spikes on top of brilliant green foliage. The violet-blue buds will be in bloom and giving off a wonderful, licorice scent from late summer until the first frost. Early pinching will keep this plant compact. Black Adder Hyssop plants do not tolerate wet soil, this trait making them more drought tolerant than other Agastache plants. This Hummingbird Mint is also a sterile plant so it will not self-sow. It is deer resistant and attracts hummingbirds and butterflies with its beautiful blooms and delicious scent. More details...

"Butterflies Love This Agastache!"

Comment: I have a couple plants of 'Black Adder' in my flowerbed in the front yard and love to see Butterflies sipping nectar from the beautiful and colorful flowers! I ordered two so that the Butterflies and myself will have plenty of flowers to enjoy! Love this Agastache!

Comment: Black Adder Agastache Plants arrived in excellent condition (as fresh as if I had bought them locally). Packing was perfect no damage to boxes or plants. Plants are vigorous, good size, and healthy. I was able to plant them right away; they are doing incredibly well. I will definitely buy fron Garden Harvest Supply in the future!

Comment: I originally ordered the raspberry agastache but, I received a friendly call from Garden Harvest Supply letting me know it was out of stock. I opted to purchase the Black Adder instead and I'm very happy with this little plant. My order arrived extremely fast and the plant came healthy with rich, moist soil. I can't imagine what the blooms will smell like but, the leaves have a wonderful fragrance! Somewhat like a sweet licorice as the description states.
